This year, the Ukrainian military will receive about 30,000 weapons. 22.5 billion will be spent on this, Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Mironyuk told about this, according to ArmyInform .

According to him, 59% of the money from the state defense order (UAH 22.5 billion) this year will be spent on the purchase of weapons and military equipment. Among them are Bayraktar drones, Neptune missile systems, and BTR-4 armored personnel carriers.

In addition, it is planned to purchase missile, anti-tank and high-precision weapons.

"The contract for the construction of a Ukrainian-Turkish corvette is also underway," said Mironyuk.

According to him, it is planned to spend more than 5% on development work, and 27% on modernization and repair of weapons. For measures aimed at survivability of bases and arsenals, construction of special-purpose facilities for storing ammunition - 9%.

Note that last year, Ukroboronprom, within the framework of the state defense order, provided the Armed Forces of Ukraine with 4039 new , modernized and repaired units of weapons and military equipment.

Ukraine should buy TRLG-230 + TB-2 combination to give opponent more headache. TRLG has a pinpoint accuracy and this artillery missiles are capable of destroying longer range SAM missiles from safe distances when they are spoted by TB2.

TRLG-230 is laser guided. Perfect in combination with drones and also good enough for non-stationary targets like convoys.
Bro Ukraine has also laser designation technologies since there are laser guided tank ammunitions and ATGMs. So that it couldnt be a problem making laser guided artillery rocket.

İn order to send laser guided artillery rockets, Bayraktars would have to fly close and deep in Don-Bass.
I think Ukraine refrains sending Bayraktars to top of the separatists as they have SAM and EW systems.

firstly Gathering intelligence of target locations , then engagement with GPS guided rockets might seem them more secure and convenient.

I don't say Ukraine does not have the capability of developing such a system. I am just saying that there is a combat proven product ready to cover Ukraine's possible needs that can give a very serious capability in the hand of the Ukrainian forces. We saw that capability both in Syria and Karabakh. It's nothing to be taken lightly.

Everything have its place for usage. For already known locations, stationary targets, bigger area damage GPS is the more convenient tool. TRLG-230 can provide a very high regarded capability combining pin point accuracy and high levels of damage on the go against moving targets and situations where collateral damage is a concern in combination with drones. It can also be guided by a laser designating recon team on the ground which is capability that Ukraine uses a lot and we know the terrain is allowing designating targets from far distance.

Military intelligence gathering is ongoing continuous process with different methods of intelligence gathering. I don't want to enter to deep in that but its not like you gather intelligence once and rely on that intelligence for the duration of the standoff. The conflict have its dynamics and the military intelligence gathering and reconnaissance is going on trough the same cycle in all the phases of the conflict from the activation to execution and termination. For successful operation in all phases military intelligence is playing a critical role. Lets say intelligence was gathered about a large convoy about to move to X location trough a COMINT method. TB-2 could be tasked to identify the convoy and laser designate the moving target for a strike. There we have TRLG-230 on our disposal and it shines above anything. TRLG-230 can also be used in civilian populated areas in order to minimize collateral damage as GPS guided munitions still have higher CEP than TRLG-230 which haves a pinpoint accuracy. Its better to have it than not to have it.
