The audacity of these people is immeasurable.

"Unmanned Navy Vehicle" - yeah.

I once advised a student team and they were capable of doing this in 2016-2017, through COTS and few dollars worth equipment. There is something called "Pixhawk" magic controller board. Also notice, "Navy" Equipments, yeah.

I'd say better for the Coast Guard, and they totally need to improve on marketing
Please enlighten me, how would this happen?

The Coast Guard needs platforms that can withstand severe weather conditions, this could at best be a toy for the Fisheries Control Department, Port Authorities and so on, moreover just to fund the company (hence the owners) without actually using the platform except for the promotional videos of the affiliated departments. This "funding" would not return to R&D as an additional use but would go straight into the pockets of certain people.

The eye of the deep is ready for duty! DERİNGÖZ Autonomous Underwater Vehicle can be used in many critical missions such as underwater research, reconnaissance and surveillance, mine detection, pipeline inspection, port and base protection, thanks to its high maneuverability, precise navigation ability, optical and sonar imaging technologies. The first diving system tests of DERİNGÖZ, which can be used for both military and civilian purposes, have been successfully completed.
