DHKP-C has been reduced to a handful of people at most. They're no longer active. But if after all these years of silence, they suddenly become active, I'd certainly suspect US involvement in that. We all know very well how the US likes to partner up with terrorist organizations in order to progress its interests. We've seen it in their close cooperation with Al Qaeda, FETO and PKK, among others.
