The War on Iran have a lot of Lessons that few countries understood previously.
First lesson
There's nothing like the enemy will not do that.
In war the enemy is Just trying to win so don't assume they are not ready to eliminate your leadership, decimate your communication, finish your power supply or even nuke you if they had to.
How to face such threat?
1-Build millions of small bunkers with their own independent power supply and with limited connection to very some of each other for military formations and Civilians. (Even Albania was able to build million+ bunker. Surely the bunkers today should be deaper and more hardened)
2- Have centric high command and non centric medium Command and chain of action. (In the case most other countries leadership where hit like Iran was hit they will just fall and maybe be able to get up after few months in the best case scenario but what helped Iran is having a supreme leader that approved non questionable several months plan and more than 30 regional Command ready to just do it with no questions). So Turkeye have to have tens of regional Commands that are able to follow up with Attacks and even defense in case the central command was wiped out and communication is cut.
3- Having the means to stop the enemy and pain him. And that is very important as in the world today only few countries already have the means to do that like nuclear powers, Iran and Ukraine. So Turkeye have to become a nuclear power in any cost and have to have big military production similar to Iran or more, we are talkin about producing thousands of ballistic missiles and hypersonic missiles a year, tens of thousands of far reaching drones, hundreds of thousands of shells and small cheap missles, and millions of rounds. Plus having loyal proxies and Allies and arming them to the bone especially in strategic areas.
Second Lesson
Numbers Matter
Don't Assume the enemy is not willing to take loses or spend a certain amount of munitions but always know there is limit and always set this limit at least 3× what the intelligence tell you.
How to face such threat?
1- have big number of reserve soldier, Ammunition from all kinds, Radars, aircrafts, and all kind of systems you need and make sure they are hard to target and distributed on big number of position ( As you know in war things get destroyed and building things again needs time so just have extra of everything. If you need 500 launching system just prepare 3,000, you need 100 Air defense system build 500, you need 20 Radar build 100+, ....)
2. Have factories already established in the mountains ( secret and hardened places) and have ready infrastructure to move the other factories to ready underground or mountainous positions)
3. Have alot of decoys( Thousands of launchers, Tanks, Aircrafts, ...)
4. Have alot of false position( tens of thousands of false Tunnel entrance, firing positions, and launching positions)
5. Build secret Tunnel system deep under the mountains and cities for worse case scenario. Only few people will know about it ( like in Gaza) and have elite secret non political secret force ready for bleeding enemies even if some cities got totally destroyed and of course train them how to survive chemical, biological, and radiation contamination and supply them with necessary materials. Plus train them how to deal with all the tunnel destruction scenerios and how to repare fast.
Third Lesson
Don't give up
The Zionists and others had enough patience for hundreds and some times thousands of years to achieve what they achieved and if you think they will back down easily, you are mistaken.
How to face such problem?
1- encourage the religious leaders and the society leaders to always remind people about patience and how the best among people our prophet and his companion had to endure to save people from the biggest powers in that time.
2- encourage patience on TV and media shows.
3- encourage scouts work for young generation as phones are destroying there patience.
4- encourage schools and Educational institution to send children for factory training and do some labour work.
5- Encourage men above 25 and woman above 20 to marry and have children which will bring back commitment in the society.
Conclusion
Being ready for unstoppable war is a must. Any Turk who forget how his land was attacked from all sides from different unrelated enemies is delusional. The country should be ready for worse case scenario. And the following steps should be immediately taken:
1- Having enough small bunkers for all the population (never build big bunkers as they can become big coffins and big hit to the morals like what happened in Iraq) (every street and village should have ground of bunkers connected by tunnel with a responsible individual or committee to manage)
2- Having enough bunkers, underground missles cities, hideouts, and even mountain dug airfield for the military.
3- Having bunkers and tunnels for the police and security forces desighned to be second line of defense and keep order in towns and cities.

5- building metros in every city exceeding 100,000. (Since the nation will become so good in digging for cheap price why not, london benefited so much from its metro during the war)
6- having big stockpile from every thing needed for facing enemies from every Side (defending and punching back)
7- National awareness and strong firm idiology.
