Why the hell is the Astros being deployed in Natuna?

Ok let say if the reason is for deterrent we risk ASTOS being destroyed by enemy for nothing , isn't ASTROS better being used in Main land like Kalimantan, Sumatra hell even in Batam ?

What happened back then:
Some troubles happened in North Natuna Sea and especially after a certain incident, TNI conducted large military exercise in Natuna, even bringing Leopard tank.

Not long after that TNI build new base and stationed Astros there, because at that time we only have that (although there is also RM 70). Why not AShM? Because we don't have it.

Is Astros useless? Not really, although the rocket can't be used to target ships, it still can be used for shore bombardment against OpFor Beachhead (using rocket min range and low launch angle, as the island is small). If TNI also equip it with Mansup missile, then it will become deadly, able to engage OpFor ships and landing forces.

IMO TNI should obtain Mansup Missile and use it for Astros in Natuna, or reposition Astros to other place such as Kalimantan and put Atmaca etc. launcher in Natuna.
I still prefer the first option.
