The next Winter Olympic Games should be hosted by Urumqi, it has the world top class sports facilities, more importantly, it has way more snow than Beijing, Urumqi doesn't need man made snow at all. Xinjiang's winter sports level and training are also pretty good, many Xinjiang born athletes are in Chinese national winter sports team.
