What's the difference between OPV and OPV 90 ?

This is a guess. But I think the OPV 90 is designed by PT DRU, while the plain "OPV" could be PT PAL's design based on the Sampari-class FAC. The latter is 60 meters length though, so take this with a grain of 'ketumbar'.

I just thought OPV job is for patrol and scuring ZEE, not to hunt and enggage submarine

Submarine hunt task should be bear by purpouse-build vessel to maximize its capability. But dont worry tho, in above pict you will see a bulbous bow to be mounted a sonar.

Just go with the wind, someone is just put a more larger and advanced design OPV proposal literally they can outgunned and outweight most of the heavily armed Frigates in the region (that's including Singapore Formidable) and still had the gall to put it under advanced OPV programme
