This is funny because if it missed by 24 miles then it would be useless in conventional warfare.

So it's either a nuclear weapon, which is not that revolutionary because ICBM are already here for decades now to do the job or China failed to hit its intended target by a wide margin.

First this claim is not verifiable, could be total bullshit, second, an earth circling hyper sonic missile is not for convetional warfare, you don't have to cirle around the world to hit house. it's a strategic weapon meant for nuclear attack.
