The radar should on stand by mode, that's a terrific performance of the control and command unit to have such excellent performance. We learn alot on how to decimate enemies air defense system

I remember a picture of a joint Armenian-Russian training months before the war. Russians were showing details about the TB2 on a powerpoint (can't find the picture anymore). The Armenians knew about the threat, even without the Russians explaining it to them. They have enough anti-air systems at their disposal to deal with the drone threat.
They could have build up a proper layered system with their OSAs, S300s, TORs, 20mm Anti-Air guns and MANPADS. They could have invested more in decoys or in proper camouflage equipment. Instead we saw a couple of lined up OSAs and lonesome S300s, ready to get smacked. Now even the darn TOR system.
What brought down the Armenian military isn't just the advanced tech they are facing, but their attitude. You can still hear them shout victory.
Wasn't autonomy within Azerbaijan on the table, if they gave back the Azeri majority areas? A reasonable peace was possible. It's been 27 years. Instead of accepting such offers or compromising, they vowed to take more land. It's exactly this mindset. They prefer to ignore the realities on the ground, rather than accepting what is going on. Even the PKK knows better on how to deal with drones buzzing around, than the military heads of a state.

Azerbaijani drone blows up Armenian modern air defense system
On Monday, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has released footage showed a drone attack targeting an Armenian new Tor-M2KM surface-to-air missile system.
On November 9, at 15:50, the modern Tor-M2KM Surface-to-air missile (SAM), which was used against our aviation and placed between the private houses by the enemy in the Khojavend direction of the front was destroyed by the precise fire of our units.
A video statement published on the Ministry of Defense website said that on November 9, at 15:50, the Armenian Tor-M2KM SAM, which was used against Azerbaijani aviation and placed between the private houses by the enemy in the Khojavend direction of the front was destroyed by the precise fire.
This video, released by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defence, shows an Azerbaijani TB-2 drone tracking an Armenian Tor-M2KM and blowing up the air defense system.
The Tor-M2KM is a modern short-range air defense system that Armenia has received last year from Russia. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on December 21 that Yerevan had bought Russian Tor-M2KM anti-aircraft missile systems and released a photo of a recently received modern air defense system.
According to Russian multiple reports, the Tor-M2KM provides round-the-clock protection against both fixed-/rotary-wing aircraft and air-launched weapons (including cruise missiles, anti-radiation weapons, guided and gliding bombs, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The system shields both state objects and industrial complexes, including oil and gas storages, sea-banks, various power stations, plants, large bridges, railroad stations, airports, sea and river vessels, etc. It is a self-contained fighting module version of the system that can be mounted in various locations.

Even if we assume that the Armenian side is correct on this one, this is still a horrible, horrible situation for them. The Azeris are evidently controlling the South and now the northern parts of the city, too? This would mean that Armenian soldiers in Susa will basically starve to death. It doesn't sound logical to me. Besides, the blue marked places are the historic town of Susa. It doesn't add up, Armenians are lying again.
