I am pondering, the Army really needed something like little bird for covering their task in Papua, even the civillian variant is fine as long as they came in number so they can be dispersed into various hot spot. Looking at very little space for helicopters clearing in such remote places, small but nimble helicopters would be needed to give support there.

Usual 105 mm howitzer round using semi fixed case munition, unlike 155 mm round.

CMIIW, but you can set the ammount of propellant bag inside the brass case so the projectile can hit from high arc in closer range

the HESH/HEP round of 105mm L7 derivative actually had more boom filler compared to 105mm howitzer round (based on Nexter Ammunition catalogue)

HESH/HEP is HE-Frag minus the flying fragmentation feature when explode
