Anadan is reported to have been captured. Most probably, the Gaziantep road will be cut in the morning. Tel Rifat Aleppo connection is cutting off. The Military Operations Department also announced that the strategic town of Kafr Halab in Aleppo's southwestern countryside under control. Aleppo city is besieging rapidly on 3 axes, north, west and south.

Fierce clashes are also taking place around Serakib. It was announced that a large military convoy belonging to the regime forces was hit by the opposition at Ebla University Junction and many casualties.

Syrian Brigade Party, an anti-Assad Druze militia has come out with a statement regarding the rebel offensive in western Aleppo. The Brigade Party calls on Druze soldiers fighting for the regime to defect and return home to Suwayda. The Party also calls on the rebels to show mercy to captured regime soldiers who are Druze, as most Druze have been forcibly conscripted and do not support the regime.

The people of Aleppo are returning home, the less bloodshed the better.

Did you notice in footage available number of civilians after an area is captured so miniscule. They are almost ghost towns.
They are here. Just short of 2 million people from Aleppo and surrounding areas reside in Turkey now.

Which is why this is better. It opens up possibilities. Who knows, maybe we can send them back? 😳

Yup. People from Aleppo makes the most of Syrian refugees in Turkey.

Suhail agrees with you.

Regardless of how many areas have been liberated by the SNA/HTS alliance in the blitz operation being conducted rn, it will sooner or later lose steam and eventually fail unless Turkish Armed Forces find a way to deal with the Assad regime aerial bombings

Just recently, Mare operational room was hit by the Assad/Russian airforce with lots of casualities being reported. Mare is supposed to be the frontline from which the SNA is supposed to fight for Tel Rifat and the SNA already reported casualities before even the operation begins

WTF is the TAF doing...... I truly hope Erdogan doesnt disappoint and chicken out

Over 400 terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra group wiped out in Aleppo, Idlib in past day

According to the Russian military, Jabhat al-Nusra’s units carried out 13 shelling attacks on the Syrian army’s positions in the Idlib de-escalation zone in the past day, with 12 attacks reported in the Idlib province and another one in the Aleppo Province

MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. The Syrian army, backed by Russia’s Aerospace Forces, wiped out over 400 militants from the Jabhat al-Nusra group (outlawed in Russia) who attacking the positions of government troops in the provinces of Aleppo and Idlib, Captain 1st rank Oleg Ignasyuk, deputy chief of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties in Syria, said.
"Illegal armed units linked to the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization started to attack government-controlled areas in the provinces of Aleppo and Idlib at 7:50 a.m. on November 27. The Syrian army, backed by Russia’s Aerospace Forces, is engaged in heavy fighting. Terrorist units suffered major troop and equipment losses in the past 24 hours. At least 400 militants were eliminated," he specified.
According to the Russian military, Jabhat al-Nusra’s units carried out 13 shelling attacks on the Syrian army’s positions in the Idlib de-escalation zone in the past day, with 12 attacks reported in the Idlib province and another one in the Aleppo Province.
Ignasyuk added that 3,819 people had crossed into Syria from Lebanon in the previous 24 hours.

Besides, the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Opposing Parties carried out two humanitarian operations in the province of Daraa, "distributing 900 food kits weighing a total of over nine metric tons.".
Assuming the numbers are correct 3819 - 400 = 3419 more to go or 9+ days depending on if smaller numbers of remaining militants would be found. Alot of videos of missile launchers and aviation bombing on twitter. Obviously don't know if 3819 is the correct number or more reinforcements got sent.

Today's progress is more successful than on the first day of the operation. The opposition seems to have reached Aleppo city neighbourhoods and dozens of videos and images are coming from the region. In addition, what attracted my attention was that an unbelievable number of battle tanks, armoured vehicles and armed pickups were lost to the other side in working condition by the regime-affiliated elements. It is too early to comment, but the militias deployed on the defence lines on behalf of the regime in the field have a very low will to fight or are extremely untrained.

The latest situation on the ground: In the Aleppo countryside, the borders of the Sochi agreement, which Iran and Russia accepted, but then deceived the other guarantor Turkiye and left it in a very difficult situation against the opposition, are about to be reached.

Syrian people who were forcibly evacuated from Aleppo were asked about their opinion on the operation:

Judging by today's developments, it seems like the regime forces are routing in multiple fronts. Aleppo will be green again inshallah.

However, Türkiye's apparent inaction will cost us dearly if it continues this way. We have to open up a front in the north, like today, if we want to have a word in Syria's future.

We made many mistakes in Syria by being late and passive since the start of this war. Let's not repeat it again. It is time to take action while the borders on our south is being redrawn.
