Russia isn't stupid. Even if TurAF participated over Karabag, article 4 could not be activiated

This operation on Karabag really builds on TSKs learnings from Afrin Op.

1.) The multiple infiltrations points to spread out enemy defences and make them move (thus becoming visible to drones).
2) The emphasis on quickly cutting key supply lines in mountainous terrain.
3) To integrate UAV attacks with frontline pushes.

Beautifully executed on the first day. (Not as beautifully as TSK did it themselves, but still)

Small bites that are eventually going to eat up the whole of Karabagh

Nothing new than what has been discussed in this thread.

Here is a little summary of losses on the Armenian side.

10+ hills and villages captured.
4 air defence systems confirmed destroyed
2 convoys destroyed
Armenia admitted 19 killed and 100+ injured (real number is much higher)
1 ammunition depot destroyed

Operation has tight OPSEC. so we don't know much.

I doubt the Iranians will let them make use of their air bases. They are highly wary of Russian influence in general so this request is complete nonesense imo. I would be really surprized if this happened.
