'Disappointed': PM Imran tells Ashraf Ghani unfair to blame Pakistan for Afghanistan situation

LOL read this.

The US has failed in every possible aspect of its Afghan mission

It seems unlikely that the Afghan security forces – trained and equipped by Washington – will triumph against the ongoing Taliban onslaught, meaning US involvement there is a failure, writes Dr Jacqueline Fitzgibbon

yes, the US has failed and the Taliban has (against all odds) won.

and that's credit to the Taliban and the Taliban only. That has been my opinion all along, which part has your brain struggle to accept ????

now that the Taliban is (likely) going to rule Kabul once more, it's interesting to see how the so called "regional actors" you've been peddling acts upon it, now that they're feeling uneasy and horrified (like China) that another Islamist fundamentalist are in power right in their backdoor.

That has been the entire opinion I've been asking for you to answer, unfortunately your answer has no credibility.

Bolton claims US didn’t lose war in Afghanistan

Former US national security adviser John Bolton has insisted that the United States did not lose the war in Afghanistan, but has simply “walked away from it.”

In an interview on Friday, Bolton also denounced US President Joe Biden’s order for a full military withdrawal from the country which the US invaded some 20 years ago using the pretext of the September 11 terrorist attacks though no Afghan was involved in the incidents.

“We weren’t defeated,” said Bolton, who served as a high-ranking State Department official under former Republican President George W. Bush at the time of the initial US military invasion of Afghanistan in October 2001.

“You have to be defeated to lose a war. We’ve given up because we’ve lost patience. That’s a sad commentary about the current administration, but it’s not a defeat for the United States,” he added.

Talk about semantics. This Bolton warmonger must be licking his wounds after such an incredible humiliation LOL I am loving it.

Video shows aftermath of Taliban ambush on Afghan army convoy that included special forces and a howitzer. That convoy was sent to recapture Spin Boldak today. It's not the first Afghan special forces mission that failed miserably in recent weeks.
TO WATCH THE VIDEO GO TO (worldonalert) ON TWITTER.

Trained and fed by the US/NATO. Now that boss has exited things are going awry.

Bolton also predicted that if the Taliban succeeds in toppling the Afghan government, “the hand of the extremists in Pakistan will be strengthened, and the risk of a Pakistani Taliban takeover of that government increases substantially.”

A Taliban-run government in Pakistan “would have control of dozens or scores of nuclear weapons,” Bolton warned, adding that a full withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan would also inhibit American efforts to monitor “what Iran is up to.”

I love it how the American neocons are suddenly targeting Pakistan. LOL at Pakistani nukes will be Taliban property. It is a joy watching these warmongers sweat like a piglet.

LOL bring it on. We will see what Turkey or Timbuktu can do. Not a leave moves without our permission in this region. Ask the US/NATO who couldn't find an alternative supply route in 20 years. We have been through threats and blackmail for decades now and we have become stronger. Our forces are battle-hardened. Our people have risen from the ashes. We haven't forgotten how the US/NATO ganged up on the border and sent Afghan Northern Alliance terrorists to kill Pakistanis. We know who our foes and friends are. We treat them accordingly.

You think you can challenge us in our backyard? Be my guest. All I can do is laugh at your assertions.

Calm down Internet tough guy

The Taliban and associated Pashtun supremacist groups can control Southern Afghanistan if that is what the Pashtuns are happy with for all I care

However they have no place in NORTHERN Afghanistan especially in areas where Uzbeks, Hazaras and Tajiks make up the majority of the population. The Taliban have persecuted these groups before.

Turkey should use it's power & influence to protect Uzbeks and Hazaras in Northern Afghanistan. If you or the Taliban are unhappy with this and want to fight Turkey over it then fine. Nothing a few TB2 Bayraktar drones cant fix.

And do not for a second fall for this Turkic versus Pashtun blah blah. Imran Khan, Erdogan, Shavkat of Uzbekistan etc will sort everything out. Just watch the events.

Hopefully that is the case but I do not trust the Taliban leadership at all at keeping their word that they will not persecute Uzbeks and Hazaras.
