The ships in the video are produced by the Turkish Navy, Pakistani ships are not produced in Turkey.

2 of the Babur class ships were built in Istanbul, while the other 2 were built in Karachi.

It dont look like has Cenk radar ,aslo it looks bigger than milgem , it can be ukrainian or pakistani ones since their milgem is 108 meters .
While the other finished I class it is active duty first one since its VLS Midlas is shorter
