Why would it be old, Istanbul visits the shipyard every month. I think it's docked at the bosphorus now for tomorrow.

u mean this one building ?
It dont look like has Cenk radar ,aslo it looks bigger than milgem , it can be ukrainian or pakistani ones since their milgem is 108 meters .
While the other finished I class it is active duty first one since its VLS Midlas is shorter

That is either Khyber or one of the Ada class ships going maintenance.
