No one has confirmed that KAAN is experiencing any issues with its horizontal stabilizers. I looked into this today, and no one said they had any information on the matter.

I guess it was just one of those ridiculous claims thrown out there when the flight was delayed.

But the P1 needs to take flight before the year is out because expectations are growing, and seeing the P1 take off will be a huge morale booster for us.

Still, it is obvious that there are some issues/obstacles etc. that need to be addressed. Otherwise first flight would not be delayed. It may be stabilizer or not, open communication could have helped a lot.

Certainly. It is quite normal and expected for problems to arise and for unforeseen situations to occur in a project of this nature.

However, one should not give credence to rumors that have not been verified or confirmed by authoritative sources.

Yes, for 3-4 days I tried to confirm the claims that KAAN had a potential horizontal stabilizer problem from many sources, and I could not get any verification, confirmation. When I asked several sources I trusted about this, he clearly said that he had no such information, that he had never heard of it.

The reason why KAAN still hasn't flown, according to someone I trust, was this: TUSAŞ wants to ensure all parameters are correct to prevent damage to the prototype in hand. To ensure that all systems will operate smoothly during flight, multiple tests are conducted. When a problem arises, resolving it naturally takes a significant amount of time. Therefore, TUSAŞ will not fly this aircraft until it is 100% flight-ready. Therefore, ground tests are continuing intensively and TUSAŞ will fly the aircraft when everything is ready. The engineers are not bothered by the delay of the flight. They'd rather have the flight delayed than have a problem.

But that's crazy, how people can make themselves look ridiculous.

The fact is well known. You were looking for information where you suspected you might find it. The information is where you wouldn't suspect it. To be able to find it, you need more knowledge on how to search and find.
You didn’t even bother to find out which two foreign companies these were, even though I had hinted at both of them. Then you tell me you searched...... Even if you search, you won’t find it. You lack the knowledge and depth.

I repeat for the people the information:

TUSAS has a serious problem with horizontal stabilizers on KAAN.

Two foreign companies were hired for assistance. In fact, both approached the problem and completed a report stating that the problem with these stabilizers, as they are, is technically unsolvable.

These people managed to produce the Actuator.

But the problem is still there with KAAN. The horizontal stabilizers still need to be reduced.

But if you want a low-flying bomber aircraft like the TORNADO or F111, you can build it that way. Then forget about the 5th generation air superiority fighter that KAAN wants to be.

Now I have a question for Pete Mitchell Maverick:

One of these people was 9 years old when Turkish troops landed in Cyprus in 1974. He started collecting stamps in memory of that war. His interest later led him to ITÜ, where he studied aerospace technologies. Then he became an expert in robotics technologies.

He wanted to start a company and needed $44,000. But he didn’t have it.

His robots now work at BMW, FORD, MERCEDES. At FORD OTOSAN alone, he has 550 robots.

Question: Who is this person? Search and find....
