Korea has been the second destination for cheap construction for complex ships (such as cruisers) for a long time. They can adopt the same for steel construction of warships.
%90 of Turkish shipyards are merely a repair workshop, nothing further.
Hyundai's shipyard alone has larger capacity than entire Tuzla shipyards region.

TR news piece mentioned in the tweet already said it wasn't confirmed by Baykar. Unless it comes from official sources, OR, with a video evidence, we shouldn't just believe things.

The ships in the video are produced by the Turkish Navy, Pakistani ships are not produced in Turkey.

2 of the Babur class ships were built in Istanbul, while the other 2 were built in Karachi.
