I wonder if a change of leadership would make Iran less dangerous or whether the end of the Islamic Republic would be required. Loads of countries are Muslim and present no problem to peace. Could a post-Islamic Republic Iran become more benign or is Shia Islam inherently aggressive in pushing its religious doctrine?
i dont think after this war iran become less aggirasive but rather more ! all of the people who seek diplomacy in iranian regime himiliated twice now i guess military aka IRGC is in charge and if they win militarly they will be on the driving seat which ofc according to some analyst that i listened they will eventually overplay their hand and get screwed like trump and bibi are getting screwed like hitler got scewed during appeasement that's the nature of military diplomacy

also trump administer official David Sacks publicly saying Israel is going to nuke iran suggest you to watch it prof john mearsheimer foresaw this last week now we have US government official saying yeah Israelis are going to use nuke on iran

And where is Nethanyahu?
Chinese and Russian media are saying that he is dead and they are posting AI videos of Natenyahu to hide his death and avoid any potential unrest. According to said media, they will reveal the truth after the war with some time and will pass it on as "due to health conditions"

Israeli media on the other hand is stating that he is fine and hunky dory

You are from Croatia?

From 2000-2025 Croatia population DECREASED by 14%

In same period Gaza population INCREASED by 99% (the highest natural growth in the world).

So where is genocide?
If I would genocide half of the Jews, let the other half alive. The survivor would defy the massacre by high birth rate. Is it still a genocide or a kind of obstetrics ?

Btw, why do you bomb the only embryo clinic in Gaza? Maybe you think the clinic is not necessary?

Since 1979 Iranian regime started totally unprovoked attacks against Israel and many other countries, killing hundreds of thousands people.

In recent days they attacked over a dozen countries without any provocation

2 very dangerous countries.

Israel has no need to change its ideas. With the backing of the US it can do what it likes: ignore international law, kill whoever it likes wherever it likes with little or no international censure. I think of the UK government and other European governments standing by watching the daily slaughter of the people of Gaza by Israel and doing nothing more than declaring disapproval. Were the same wholesale destruction of the country of Israel and killing of its population taking place I think the UK and other countries would have been screaming for sanctions or even military action against the aggressor.

One rule for Israel, another for all others, it seems.

Shias are much more fanatical than Sunnis.

The West has once again underestimated how fanatical shias can be.

By the way when the Ottomans faced the Safavids the Shia Kizilbash soldiers all got blown up to bits by Ottoman guns and cannons. The Kizilbash despite them accepting they will be killed accepted to die for their cause and beliefs even at the hands of superior technology at the time.

Shias are much more fanatical than Sunnis. Sunnis are even shocked how fanatical Shias can be. I mean during the Iran-Iraq war they made Iranian kids clear the mines. They didnt care because its martyrdom for them.

The West despite colonising most of the world has always failed to understand socieities, causes and peoples.

Some countries can surrender as their leader got taken out. For some it doesnt cause a rapid collapse instead it is business as usual.

All I see right now is that the Iranians are now gathering together to support their country and its government. It has backfired so bad.

Turks constantly warned Usa and Europe. Turks and the Iranians fought each other for centuries. Iran even holds lots of Turkic populations. They know us and we know them.

When Germany captured Poland in 1939 there were 3.4 million Jews there. By 1945 almost no Jews left there. That's genocide.

When Israel took Gaza in 1967 there were 360 K Arabs there. Now now there are 2.15 mln. That's 6 times growth - more natural growth than any other place in the world.

And embrio clinic is fake. A building near was hit by a tank shell. There was intense combat in that place.

That may all well and good, and I don’t want to be too harsh in my judgement – the Iranians are certainly overdoing it really, they are not entirely blameless in this matter
– but the conflict hasn’t come out of nowhere; you really do treat Muslims in your own countries like absolute dirt. That was already the case in the 1940s and 50s, particularly with the Zionist movement; the devout Jews, who truly believe in God, are at least honest enough to say openly that this is wrong.
I don’t understand this: for centuries, Europeans have driven you out and slaughtered you in the name of Christianity; you were almost wiped out; the Germans pushed you to the brink of total annihilation through the Holocaust during the Nazi era. Muslims helped the Jews in the Middle Ages or at the beginning of the 20th century, when you were on the brink of annihilation, if only because of the Abrahamic faith and because the Jews were respected among Muslims as People of the Book, as enlightened people.
It is simply unbelievable that you are doing exactly what was done to you, and that too to the very people who have largely respected you. To this day, after all the atrocities committed against you, the Europeans haven’t even got a bruise on their elbow. What you are doing in the Middle East is a grave injustice.
Arabs in Israel live much BETTER than in their own countries.

Israel believed than if we help Iran against Iraqi aggression that could help restore relationships back to normal. But results were the opposite. Iranian regime started attacking Israel and Jews even more.

Nothing official so far, but:

The P-15B class destroyer INS Surat was in Bahrain as of 19th February. Don't know where it is now. At least one frigate was also present somewhere in the region.

More ships may have been readied/deployed over the last week. We'll know if the escort mission starts.

EDIT: Seems the tweet was deleted. Basically, it said that India was preparing for a naval deployment to perform tanker-escort missions.

Getting reports that two task forces were dispatched, so more ships could appear.

Arabs in Israel live much BETTER than in their own countries.
This is not only unlikely, but borders on a deliberate denial of reality. If the situation were so clear-cut, there would be no conflict with the Palestinians, which has been escalating for decades.
The systematic marginalisation, discrimination and, in some cases, deeply inhumane treatment of people by settlers and security forces is not a figment of the imagination, but has been documented by a multitude of international organisations – from the United Nations, the WHO, Amnesty and UNESCO to independent institutions and established European media. These reports have existed for years, are consistent and cannot simply be dismissed or denied.
Anyone who seriously claims that all these actors are lying in unison or pursuing a unified agenda is substituting ideology for analysis.
At the same time, a security narrative is being constructed that automatically interprets any form of criticism or backlash as an existential threat. A historically understandable need for protection has led to a worldview in which practically every action by people in their surroundings is interpreted as hostile.

The result is a closed system:
One assumes threats and hostility, reacts aggressively to them, provokes counter-reactions – and in turn interprets precisely these reactions as proof of the original assumption. This is deliberate schizophrenia; it is no longer security thinking, but a self-stabilising mechanism of justification.
And therein lies the problem: those who act in this way inevitably generate resistance, instability, rejection and anti-Semitism – both regionally and internationally. The growing criticism and rejection is no coincidence, nor is it solely the result of external enemy stereotypes, but a direct consequence of specific political decisions.
Those who ignore this should not point the finger at other states – that would be completely absurd.

I am not claiming that the Arabs and Iranians are entirely blameless in this chaos; through their provocations and attacks, they bear just as much responsibility. But if one were to weigh up both sides, the balance would always tip very, very clearly in Israel’s favour. After all, there have been numerous proposals, reforms, peace initiatives and a two-state solution, all of which you (Israel) have repeatedly rejected.

FPV drones from pro-Iranian groups have been spotted for the first time over the American military base "Victory" in Baghdad. The FPV drones, of an unknown model, are controlled via fiber optic cable and are possibly used by the "Islamic Resistance in Iraq" group. Judging by the video, the American military base is empty and the drone operator is attempting to find a target. In this case, the very use of FPV drones indicates a significant future threat to US bases in Iraq and the region. Currently, air defenses cannot effectively engage FPV drones.

Why "ameican military base" has all civilian vehicles? That's just some random civilian facility.

A fire that broke out aboard the US aircraft carrier Gerald R Ford while it was operating in the Middle East as part of the ongoing US-Israeli war with Iran has left more than 600 service members without beds, according to a report on Monday by the New York Times.

The blaze broke out in the laundry room of the carrier last week, and military officials said it took crew members more than 30 hours to extinguish it.

Dozens of service members were reported to have suffered smoke inhalation and two were treated for "non-life threatening" injuries.

The crew members who lost their beds are now said to be bunking on floors and tables, and since the fire originated in the main laundry area, sailors have no access to wash their clothes.
Altogether, the crew is entering its 10th month of deployment, and if the carrier remains at sea by mid-April, it will break the record for the longest post-Vietnam War carrier deployment. Being that the crew said they have been told that their deployment will likely extend into May, they will likely surpass the record 294 days at sea set by the crew of the USS Abraham Lincoln in 2020.

Maybe, US will exit this war before May.
