He did write OMTAS which afaik had a range of 4km. Not UMTAS.

I guess a larger fuel tank for Karaok. I am not sure that is the way to go .

I'm pretty sure the upgraded range is due to a CLU upgrade rather than anything regarding the missile. Javelin was the same.

The Ministry of National Defence announced that ROKETSAN TAYFUN BLOK 2 ballistic missiles have been delivered to the Turkish Armed Forces. TAYFUN BLOK 2 has a range of 600+ kilometers.

I thought these were tested long ago and must have been already integrated to our jets. Nothing to talk about or celebrate about these two now. Or are we talking about their ER versions? Then yes. Also time to test now the ramjet versions Gökbora and Gökhan, but please no warm up of old stuff, that is depressing for me.

They were this is just footage being shown for the first time booth are in Lrip/serial production since 2025.

To me it looked like a compilation from old and mostly already published tests. So I am not sure what is news worthy about it. Maybe the sentence "completed the verification phase" could mean something but even that is ambiguous
