I am not talking about Kaan; but the delay of flight is normal. For example, the Su-27 was delayed for many years for redesign because the initial design couldn’t be matched to F-15. Also the Japanese Mitsubishi X-2 Shinshin was expected to conduct its maiden flight in 2014; but delayed to 2016.

I meant Japanese thought massacring Chinese citizens can force Chinese to surrender,they failed. Israel is in a far weaker position than Japanese. Their current policies can never win.

I think the the large budget didnt went to our Armor force. In addition to the air force, navy missile,and drones, the army's budget mainly focuses on infantry equipment and artillery. PARS or Arma is ready but didnt replace the old ACV15.
