Yes, Western systems are stored and maintained better. But you are forgetting a good numbers of the old HARM failed miserablely in Ukraine. Artillery shells and unguided rockets are much more simple and not comparable. They don't have complex guidance electronics.

Nope, even US missiles and ammunition generally has a standard shelf life of 15-20 years. It's normal if 15-20 years old Iranian missiles fails at high rate. (But for now I am suspicious of the report)

Definitely not intercepted, that is first stage that fell after separation. There is no way, a hit to kill interception at high hypersonic speed would left the whole first stage intact like this. It would've smashed it into many pieces.

It was obvious those hundreds of dornes and crusie missiles won't get through. However, some of those dozens BMs penetrated the Israeli BMD and struck that air base. That's the only thing significant IMO.

Israel doesn't have such naval capability.
