There is no such limitation in reality. You don't need to test a 10.000 km missile by hitting a target 10.000km away. Instead you can test a really high apogee that would correspond to target being 10.000 km away.

The situation is out of control. HTS has captured ALL of Afrin region and they are now attacking Azaz. What a joke Turkey's intervention has become. The collapse is so rapid that an under-the-table deal might have been made between HTS and Turkey. SMO was anyways useless in Afrin.

10 Alpin per year seems quite low. I think these unmanned helicopters are very useful in mountainous terrain. Could see great export numbers.
