Its a case of balancing things. Proximity is a good idea as it would be easier to produce in the big picture due to its simplicity. I certainly would like a VENOM LR with ATOM for dedicated C-UAS though. 35 mm ATOM has been rad as the rounds have long range and larger space for tungsten pieces

VENOM LR will fire proximity ammo which doesn't need a programming device on barrel. For GÖKSUR part, it would rather be a whole new design.

I still want a sideway proximity fuse for CİRİT to allow C-UAS engagements against fixed wings which fly almost as slow as helicopters. Totally cheaper than SUNGUR like you said. You know, I should work on an offshot concept like that sometime.
