I agree with some of the points you made. But realistically, European countries are not going to line up to support Greece. Firstly, that'll just give Turkey the green light to fully open up the borders for the refugees. Even with foreign troops deployed it'll be difficult to hold this back if...

No doubt, if Emirati jets, or even French jets enter Turkish airspace they could get shot down. It's different in Greece's case, but any nation that isn't from the region shouldn't be stupid enough to enter Turkish airspace.

The real question is, if fighting starts, is France or any other backer of Greece willing to sacrifice troops? I'm talking hundreds, even thousands of troops for Greece's sake? I doubt it.

I never got to play it unfortunately. I've played BF3, BF4 and BF1. Probably one of my favourite things was sinking dreadnoughts in BF1... The sound they made while sinking gave me goosebumps.
