Absolutely not. And If Armenia is the aggressor then the CSTO clause is invalid. I.e. they got their hands tied.

Unsure whether they convoy at the end is Armenian or Azeri. Can anybody shed some light on this?

They officially announced to have destroyed Buk's as well. As for the S-300, it is in the inventory of Armenia. Armenia is not officially involved in the war.
