Yes, this is the 100km range missile. Hisar-U is renamed to Siper Block-1. 20km altitude and 100km range are maximum stats. The range of the missile is around 70km at 20km (~65000 feet) altitude. The missile reaches 100km at 10km altitude(~33000 feet).

IMHO this is the 100km range missile rather than the 150km one. The booster is certainly a "composite" booster. There is no way it can be this compact otherwise. We know the airforce doesn't like boosters.
