    infrastructure investments only are a benefit IF a nation can attract FDI and high tech factories or else, u will fall into debt trap as u can't pay back the loans.

    I don't know any big CN projects or CN high tech factories in VN thats help VN boost the export, only Intel chip testing factories, Airbus-Korean's spare parts, Samsung, LG etc. CN projects only create debt traps instead.
