You are missing the TF35000 engine which is supposed to be the pinnacle of Turkish engineering, only two years or so to first ignition.

From the video you posted, so there is no resemblance. Hence it is the TM100 engine that brings the 37096 ft altitude record.

Of course it is not disclosed but one can tell the similarities between the looks of the TM100 engine and the engine that can be seen in the video. Check out the comparison below. There is no such level of resemblance with the Rotax engine.
