Ah nope, judging by Ukraine war and others, a component air defence network would shoot down vast majority of subsonic cruise missiles. I mean, during 2018 Syria missile strike, even JASSM Got shot downed. Iran has a decent network of indeginous air defence systems. Which may put up a good fight.
