That's OK as everyone else does the same thing. They wlli fly it manned if they trust it enough to do so going forward. But we have seen them crash after many dozens of successful flights. Hoversurf crashed a couple months ago. Even Boeing's design crashed once.

I'm curious whether the performance of a rocket can be tested/verified by calculation alone without actually test firing one. I had read that airplane makers can predict their new planes' performance down to 1% variation level. What do you guys think?

If they do license their technology they probably already have. If they didn't then they won't. I would guess that some other company would use this engine if they could. Also SpaceX and most launch companies service internationally therefore they probably won't want other companies to compete...

When it comes to range the length of the rocket also comes into play other then the diameter so I guess there is not a direct comparison. However you can work out a range number if you can calculate the volume of the rocket.

Probably an unmanned and smaller version of this plane is a better fit for Türkiye to launch from the intended Aircraft Carrier and possibly from the two JC class LHD's. Smaller does not mean less capable perse.
