No, it will show them our F16 succeed on that engagement because support from RAAF assets (presumably SEAD, Link 16, AEW&C, etc), somethings that we don't have. We still have a chance IF we buy those "canggih-canggih" stuff.

No, we already signed Cismoa. @JATOSINT The only problem now is with in Indonesia itself (rumor said it was BAIS).

I got an impression Link 16 only avaliable to us when doing multinational exercise like Pitch Black. So we have the "gadget" but not the "network" itself ? 🤨

Growler is good to protect itself and whole strikes package. Epawss is good at protecting itself only.

Anti stealth 5th gen tactics surely will come handy for us (syarat ketentuan berlaku).

That was the only scenario "how to detect F35 with Growler" I can think of. 🤔

Growler detect Lightning's signal emission passively with their censor and then feed that information to our Vipers through TDL, was that how it work?

What's the difference between this and link 16 ?

Turn out our Air Force High School is good huh... Let's hope some of them interested joining Air Force, they could pilot Eagle or Rafale in few years.

So they have data link afterall? But still. Alone, Vipers won't survive.

It's okay. Buy stealth version as regular customer if the product really is interesting. Or buy other NATO interegratable 5th gen. No need to force to build them here. Like I said earlier, we don't have capability to support 5th generation fighter in big numbers anyway.

And If we're assuming this is Fighter procurement in the future, perhaps Korea and Turkiye technology already mature by then. (I'm assuming that because for today MoD pretty much already decided on Rafale x Eagle)

Do you mean withdrawing and risk billions dollar investment? And Jokowi himself already said we stay.

We're talking about future. I'll rather take my chance and wait 8-10 years to get 5th gen than have to buy J35 now. Even buying Boramae block 3 as customer (not development partner) is good enough. I suspect we won't be able to operate stealth 5th gen in huge numbers anyway.
