I ain't an expert but I don't think it is possible to cover every inch of your soil especially for a big country like turkiye. Instead you need radar coverage, early warning systems and air patrol flying all the time in tandem with those. So that you can stay alert and react in a timely manner...

Those bases are fine but using them for long term operations is Not sustainable in the long term though.

Targeting airbases would be my first goal as all Israil is doing is sending its fighter jets. Just try to cripple air force operations and you will receive less and less fighters flying in your skies. I hope Iran has some serious plans in this regard.
