If you look at the new mockup of MILDAS you will see 3 different missiles. Siper, Hisar D Rf and quad packed missiles. You can also check the footage if first Hisar D RF launch from MILDAS. The quad pack ones are not the same design as Hisar D RF we have seen.

I don't think any of the missiles we see are quadpackable in their current versions anyways. I think they are planned for future blocks.

It’s not hisar RF on the sign it’s Regular Hisar O. And 100km is probably Siper Max range but 70+ still covers 100 could be effective range.

ESSM Blok 1 or 2 dont have the large foldable wings in middle so it has to be a version of Hisar D
