You seem to be a dude who likes to share his opinions as fact.
Remember, everything is "impossible" until someone comes and shows that the impossible is not impossible.
EU has a population of 446million, if they can't muster up the manpower for an EU army.
They can easily put an army of 1mln, it is all a matter of will and organizing
IMO NATO is cracking already for a long time. New alliances are already in forming with AUKUS.
EU will in the end form her euro army.
I wonder what Turkey's position will be as that is a bit unclear at the moment
That's an opinion.
I'm not saying you are wrong, but I am neither saying you are right. Let's give it a chance and let Baykar proof it. Would be something if they manage.
Is it? Than why they have ceremonials for the smallest things like first cutting of steal, hangar rollout etc. etc. all political picture of look we did it message.
PR stunt is not the bad thing, in the west the companies do that to get in the picture, in Turkey the politicians do it to get in the picture (tiny difference)
I was seeing you flying hahaha, sorry I had to make the remark.
You won't see Hurjet flying before they milked out all show makings / PR stunts like roll out ceremonials etc. etc.

That project is kept secret and we do not know whether it is already in inventory or not.
I think light scout/attack helicopters like Kiowa lost their value to drones, hence why the US retired them at a relative young age and shipped them to junk collecting countries like Greece.
I mean what is the worth of KIOWA against a TB2 (armed with Sungur ATAS)
Nope the defense spendings they rise yearly with aprox 10%, and currently our inflation is about 20%
So if the rise in defense spending does not even meet the inflation than it means we go down in spending
I could not find in which topic it was discussed that Greece want to arm her turboprop trainer and use them as "drone hunters"
Should we not consider counter arming, and arm our TB2's with sungur ATAS? Could come in handy if TB2's could fire air to air Sungur missile when needed.
Even 10 years ago I would have agreed that manned aircraft are better, trained eye would do better.
But nowadays integrated sensor suites negated all of that, with IR detectors one can detect much earlier and further than the human eyes, terrain mapping radars see even the smallest terrain...
I think it is good, the central command and defense ministry in the same compound. Short lines for decision making.
It is not a pentagon as it has 10, not 5 corners but the idea is of course the same.
Since we have more and more cross border operations / war like situations it is good to...
