I'm not convinced it's solely a transactional business for the politicians. If it were, other rich countries that could outpay Israel could bought the politicians and have the US on a leash. why can't China do that? or the rich Arab countries? America's fealty to the Israel cannot be explained...

I highly doubt that. There's no American interest to wage a war against Iran that would grant public support for it. The idea was already very unpopular to begin with. If Iran can prove that attacking their country will cost you an arm and a leg then what argument would the warhawks use to sell...
If Iran has any brains it would use all its stockpile of missiles against the US targets and not waste them against Israel. They need to kill as many American soldier as possible to cause unrest in the US and hope that the government will yield to public pressure and withdraw from the region...

the engine prototype will be fired first time in 2028, earliest. this comes from TAI CEO. we have just entered the CDR phase. so there is no TF35k to run, yet. we haven't started building the first prototype. so what you say is literally impossible.
