Just to sure, the India one type is Para-military so actually they are civillian actually but with miliatry training, equipment etc
but in case India in war, are the CAPF will under military command...
Also I found Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri İç Hizmet Kanunu that also regulate about Jandarma function and role, ini military like garrison command also other rule about provision for Jandarma
