On the Pratas Islands, Taiwan.
Having a look at Dongsha and it seems that the airstrip is getting a face lift. Mounds of what look like gravel, perhaps for some bedrock base. A handy little prize for Emporer Xi, but a tricky one if Taiwan are serious about defending it. Any ideas? OC- Old Codger
