Well according to wiki neither Azerbaycan or Armenia has a professional army.
Which kinda begs the question, how can Azerbaycan with all that gas not have a professional army.
Also it doesn't seem like Azerbaycan has a professional army. which I don't understand. Turkey should have enforced a standing professional army of at least 10.000 back in 2009 when we signed a treaty to train the soldiers.
They don't have enough vehicles to transport troops, so they're going to use civilian vehicles. anything going in the direction of warzone is an enemy carrying vehicle. Look at those soldiers in the picture.

As it was during cold war stopping sovjet took priority, but the squibble atm is more busy getting into positions of power than dealing with the peoples problems.
Well, there aren't any chance of using proxies, so they have to do it themselves. So the question is whether Azerbaycan has a professional army, or are they using conscripts. That won't do in this time and age which is why I say they should have several UAV airborne supporting the push.
