There should be almost no foreign components left in the SOM missile, including electronic subcomponents. I believe that the localization rate, especially in electronic subcomponents, was achieved thanks to the gains from the Hisar HSS project.

The interesting thing is that all the engines listed under "Products" on the company's website have the TEI prefix. However, the TF35000 turbofan engine does not have the TEI prefix. My conclusion from this is that TEI is not solely responsible for the development of the TF35000 turbofan engine.

I think there are two possibilities: a) They are passing cold air around the engine to reduce the thermal signature of the engine and that gap is what is doing it. Or, b) They are planning to use a much larger engine in future versions and the engine bay is designed accordingly...
