Good or bad?

Well! It is good that they are helping eradicate Islamist terrorists. But their presence close to Libyan border can give the jitters to Libyan Haftar regime as Algeria supported Tripoli.
There is a lot of work Türkiye has done to bring both Libyan regimes to see the Turkish view positively.
We are friendly with Algeria too. So we don't want them to be at odds with eachother.
