French neo nazi joins Armenian side as a foreign fighter. According to his Instagram page he plans to create a brigade as a platform for other foreign fighters.

He is a known neo nazi and leader of the Zouaves Paris group. He also states he was able to travel freely to Armenia despite being registered as a potentially dangerous individual and travelling with a balistic vest and helmet.

Azerbaijan shouldn't prolong the talks as long as possible. Capture as much as it can because eventually American or Russian pressure will kick in.

I would insist on peacekeepers that are impartial but ideally not need them at all. Forgetting Karabakh if you bet them.

They won't allow it. Their strategy is to hold as much civilian people in the urban areas as possible in order to make the battle harder. If they wanted to evacuate the civilian population they could have done it the day when Gubatli fell under Azerbaijani control. They are fighting with all means which also unfortunately includes non humane ones like leaving the civilian population in the fighting zone. I am sure that they will also try to force them under arms. It's a tragedy.

This is not correct.
There was a big evacuation of civilians, starting with 2 October, and resulting in 60-90% of the civilian population (depends on the place in question), plus the 'government of Artsakh' being evacuated to Armenia.

The last night, Armenians have evacuated the last (known) team of foreign journalists out of the NKR (Izvestiya-team).

That's why meanwhile very few civilians can be found within the combat zone: these are primarily armed local men. Attached photo was taken in the Lachin Corridor on 5 October 2020, and is showing the civilians streaming west.

So now it is cleared what happened at night between Oct 29- Oct 30.

Azeri SF penetrated into Signax village and blew up lare ammo stocks there. The sound of these explosions was heard well in Stepanakert (here Russian reported from there):

This caused panic among Armenians and reports that Azeri troops are 5 km from Shusha. But despite panic there was no collapse of Armenian forces. Azerbaijan continues with slow cautious advance with help of SF recon groups.

The same system was used by the LNA in Libya,with limited success it seems.
