It looks like a mono culture (just one type of tree) and given they have planted a forest in unnatural straight lines i would also assume the worst that the trees are clones.

The LORA hit the bridge, but the bridge still operational. Did they put a hand grande in that expensive equipment?! How many LORA do Azerbaycan have, how much did they pay for it and is it junk?

i am not expert on forestry by any means but any step in direction of forestating naked hills is most welcomed, i can only hope that in process will be included all possible ecological aspects told by people who are knowledgeable in that area

The LORA didn't perform poorly per se. The LORA did hit the area within its estimated CEP. targeting a bridge with one single missile is just too optimistic. In addition, I read somewhere that the LORA was armed with a penetrator warhead instead of a HE warhead (The Azeris were aiming for a direct hit).

If Drone's were used to plant the seedlings then that might explain it. Or a vehicle of a sort.

by the looks of the damage, it seems like a penetrator head. That opens up a can of worms... dont Azerbaycan have HE warheads? Whats the point with penetrator head, unless you swarm attack, but that is waste full.
Seriously what did Azerbaycan buy and what where they thinking by hitting the bridge with penetrator head? Did them juice push on their junk?

Not an expert myself in the area, but know enough that a forest in straight lines, monocultures and clones is not a good thing.
Have seen in it turkey plenty of times, where man made forest looks half dead and unnatural, and that is because there is no complex ecosystem in mono cultures and the trees react exactly the same to weather, diseases, and soil conditions, because they are clones. Anyways lets leave it for now, this is a military forum, i can only hope our agricultural universities will address this.

I don't think that area was reforested for ecological reasons because it was done so soon. Most likely for strategic reasons and they planted quickest growing species. We have seen now in this conflict the importance of forest cover for ground troops. But it could have been done with natural spacing but again this could be strategic as the spacing could allow for vehicle movement, once thinned out.

But it could just be enthusiasm like we have seen with the sign maker.
