Could this training have been moved to Azerbaycan so that TSK has personnelle in Azerbaycan and they can move on to the "TSK's base". That way we can fill up the base with TSK while conducting these excercisizes.Very important exercise was completed with the participation of Turkish and Azerbaijani personnel. The exercise looks just like Turkish commando exercise scenarios and that type of exercises and training will be critical for Azerbaijani personnel.
Commanding officers coordinated decision taking, taking of initiative and commanding skills training, patrol, special attention at infiltration, ambush, capturing enemy command & control centers and other critical objectives. Other elements that were trained within the covert action tactics and techniques were defensive measures of critical objectives, identifying and eliminating enemy infiltrator groups, specifics of counter-terrorism operations. Of course all these elements can not be worked on the desired level in one or two exercises but these things are important. Usually Azerbaijani personnel have to go to Turkey for courses part of the commando or special forces qualifications or advanced specialization but that time looks like the commando personnel that is in Azerbaijan is providing training and is exercising on the spot in Azerbaijan. All the training and exercise schedule should be filled there and units should exchange as much combat experience and performance related valuable information as possible.

I don't think training moved to Azerbaijan. There are Azerbaijani soldiers in Isparta at the moment receiving Commando Basic Training. As far as I know we have forces stationed in Baku. Unofficially they can be seen as a Task Force tied to the peacekeeping HQ in Karabakh. The interoperability between these soldiers and the Azerbaijani personnel should be on a very high level. Also while there they share their experience and tactics to Azerbaijani personnel. I think this might be the second large exercise involving the same units from TSK and ASQ. Of course I am speculating,Could this training have been moved to Azerbaycan so that TSK has personnelle in Azerbaycan and they can move on to the "TSK's base". Also I imagine that getting familiarized with the terrain is necessary for TSK.
Maybe you know, but does Azerbaycan have "old" Sovjet factories like some former union members, I was thinking export opportunities and such.
When you look at the escalation of training between the two nations, its clear they expecting another war to come soon.
Azerbaijan Should acquire better air assets and more AA systems for Round 3
