Azerbaijan and CSG signed an agreement on establishing join venture for production of self-propelled howitzers. Production to start in 2027, worth 1.8 billion euro over 7 years.

The type of howitzers to be produced is not specified, but it’s most likely Morana, which is the latest self-propelled howitzer from CSG.

It is indeed Morana, they also brought it to ADEX 2026, judging by the value of the contract we could see as many as 300 to 400 Moranas being jointly produced.
Army really wants to phase all the towed artillery and switch entirely to self propelled.

Morana is a fully automated 155mm/52 caliber artillery system with a range of 41km+

Türkiye and Azerbaijan signed contracts for 14 Hurkus-II trainer aircraft and a range of defense systems worth more than $500 million at the Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition (ADEX 2026) in Baku, Turkish Defense Industries President Haluk Gorgun said.
"Fourteen of our Hurkus-II aircraft will be delivered to Azerbaijan. Deliveries to Azerbaijan will take place very quickly this year, just as they will for our air force," he said.
