Bangladesh Bangladesh Ambassador Visits Fincantieri Shipyard

H.E. Mr. Md. Shameem Ahsan, Ambassador of Bangladesh to Italy, Serbia and Montenegro met the Senior Executives of FINCANTIERI Shipyard in Genova, Italy on 30 June 2023. Both discussed possible cooperation with the ship-building company, largest in Europe and 4th largest in the world, including possible recruitment of an increased number of skilled Bangladeshi workers and signing of an agreement in this regard. Mr. Francesco Attilio Testa, Area Manager, accompanied by Ms. Aurora Buzzo, Manager at Naval Vessels Division made a digital presentation. The Ambassador was later taken for a tour to the Shipyard which he deeply appreciated. Mr. Chrstian Pelo, Honorary Consul of Bangladesh in Genova was present, among others.
