So far three out of five Padma class Batch-I OPVs were spotted without their 37mm twin guns and 20 mm anti-aircraft guns. These vessels are:-

BNS Aparajeya (P 261)
BNS Adamya (P 262)
BNS Surma (P 313)

It was speculated that each of these vessels will get a 30mm remote controlled gun but we haven't seen any photo yet to support that claim.

The person I quoted said the corvette coming might be a rumour while.anti ship.was confirmed. So I was wondering how BD was receiving the missile without the corvette.

It is more likely that in the case of Ukraine not being able to take delivery of the ships, which I see a slim chance of happening with how the war is going, the TN will incorporate them.

What is the BN actually looking for? General-Purpose? AAW? ASW?

Also the pictured ship is of the Istif-Class which are Light Frigates. Ukraine ordered Ada-Class Corvettes with tweaks such as VL MICA.

I think BN would be more suited with approaching Turkey and configuring a ship based on their needs. As done by Pakistan and Ukraine.

My best bet is some Euro or US would bail out the deals, financing them and let Turkey completed the projects to let Ukraine rebuild their Navy to prevent the expansion of Russian black sea fleets

Noticed something interesting in KSY's booth from MIST job fair. The whole booth is displaying only KSY's products except two designs including this one.

This might push BN to choose sub from S.Korea, Turkey or EU cause BN also uses German engine on new ships designed/built by China.
