Chinese PLA upgrades high plateau border outposts facilities over 4,900M above the sea leval along the China-India border
Guest houses with all the modern facilities were built for families paying visits to the soldiers, oxygen chambers are available for PLA soldiers to have a oxygen respite from ultro thin oxygen condition on the high plateau.
