Our NHS can apply 2mn doses a day when necessary.
But we want to wait for our own vaccines to come out to go full steam.

Every day we wait is costing the economy more than those vaccines would cost. Just think about the tourism season.

We have already orderend 50mn doses of Chinese vaccine. We are making a deal for the Russian vaccine to be produced in Turkey. We are also negotiation for the production of Biontech vaccine. So we will already have done quite a bit of vaccination to save our outlook/face already. We can probably vaccinate 40+% of the population with foreign vaccines. Chief of Tübitak says that the Turkish vaccines will be more reliable. As long as we maintain a respectable place in vaccination rates we are good for tourism.
