Greek media Kathimerini:

Greece, Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus and France blocked the supply of Turkish Bayraktar UAV and artillery ammunition to be purchased with European financing for Ukraine's needs.

An attempt to give a share to the South African subsidiary of a German company that took over the production of 155 mm artillery ammunition for Ukraine was similarly blocked.

Sources stated that the aim of this move is to ensure that EU funds are not lost in favor of the defense industry of third countries.

Let Baykar donate 3 units of TB2 with a control station and a cocktail of MAM missiles to ashame these selfish people.

As Bayraktar and as Turkey i wont even donate a potato.

Let the EU and Ukraine be cooked in their own soup.
That kind of thinking is short sighted and lacks strategical thinking. Ukraine tying up and bleeding Russia as long as it can is the best outcome for us. Russia has never been our friend or even our partner despite having economical ties (I mean China and US also has ties while both are getting ready for war against one another one day or the other); their goals and ours will always conflict, that's why we fought multiple proxy wars against them in the last 10 years. Helping Ukraine is the cheapest and easiest way of doing that right now.

Apparently, we made some interesting decisions in regards to our exports:

President Görgün announced the critical decisions taken for exports

“To briefly summarize, the suggestions can be listed as follows:

  1. Our Presidency's export-oriented transformation in the sector and the need to strengthen its organizational structure,
  2. The necessity of introducing new financing models for exports,
  3. The importance of initiating focused studies on NATO countries and their tenders,
  4. Implementation of innovative projects and export models such as state-to-state sales and international consortia,
  5. Cooperation models to be created to prevent destructive competition between Turkish companies in tenders entered in foreign countries,
  6. Execution of export permits under the coordination of our Presidency,
  7. Organizing more effective participation of subsystem manufacturers and SMEs in export activities,
  8. Increasing the participation support of our defence industry in international fairs,
  9. Establishing the Export Information Management System,
  10. Supporting the development of exports of products produced in the defence industry by disseminating them in civilian sectors based on the principle of dual-use.

I can summarize the steps I believe we will take in the short term regarding your opinions and suggestions and my suggestions and instructions for our sector as follows:

Our first topic is Export Financing: We are discussing this issue with our Ministry of Treasury and Finance. We will find new financial resources that do not exist and provide long-term financing of exports. We have made progress towards this, and hopefully we will share good developments with you this year.

Our second topic is Efficiency and Synergy: While we aim to increase our exports, we must also learn to work efficiently and synergistically and care about this.

Our entire defense industry ecosystem, especially our Foundation companies, should collaborate with our offices and companies abroad and pay attention to every expense and image disorganization, especially expense duplication.

Our third topic is Measuring and Rewarding Development: We must adapt the performance indicators and measurements applied around the world to increase exports to our companies and measure and reward these indicators by associating them with our performance management systems.

I expect all relevant responsible stakeholders to complete their work and start implementation as soon as possible.

Our fourth topic is the NATO Directorate, which is proposed to be established within our Presidency: We will take an organizational step in this regard in the short term and shape our structuring accordingly.

Our Directorate to be Restructured;

European Union,
Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD),
United Nations and
It will follow the Organization for Joint Armament Cooperation (OCCAR) relations and activities.”

Islam is not as binding as you think mate, half the Islamic nations hate each other. I mean look at that list. Syria? Iran?

Nor all of those countries would be able to afford a small portion of what you attributed to them. And the richer ones already get whatever they want without much trouble, just check how many defence contracts Saudi Arabia signed just this month. Not to mention it would take us more or less a hundred years to produce all that.

Some realism mate, please ffs.
well it is, and the only reason they "don't get along well" is the regimes themselves not being islamic, and their "interests" don't even align with the national and people's will or interest.

with syria and iran its a whole other deal, but in spirit, the syrian condition is that of a tyranny that doesn't act in the interest of its population

Of course you are, as are the rest of us. I'm just pointing out the way you're mocking someone's post!
Your approach is not professional that's all I'm saying.
Also I don't complain to admins about every little thing, I just thought I draw your attention to it. I can't stand injustice. That's just me.
