China has tens of millions reserve forces who train regularly for real combat experienece, if a war broke out, China can have millions of fresh well trained soliders answering the draft the very next day. Different militia units train for different assignment , real combat, logistic supply, medical and rescue, battle equipment maintanence..... It's one of the most important sector of China's overall defence strategy.

China won most gold medals in shooting events in the Olympic Games and World Military Games. Here it shows how PLA train new female recruits into professional snipers. Trainers throw disgusting worms, frogs and snakes onto the female snipers, the girls have to stay motionlessly in the cover unaffected by any disturbance around them, their only goal is one bullet, one kill.

These girls are PLA new recruits just joined PLA a couple of months ago, some girls are born having vertigo, so the trainers made them standing 15 meters above the ground hanging in mid air and shoot a target.

Now over 90% PLA new recruits have at least bachelor's degree, they are more capable of operating modern high tech equipments, now even girls can operate these new weapons skillfully.

Many people in Taiwan wonder why femlae soldiers from mainland China are so highly disciplined and walk like one person when marching, some even claim that those are robots, not humans, a training session explained a thing or two, in one session those girls have to stand upright very straight on a narrow road curb with a bottle of water on their heads for over half an hour in the full summer heat.
